domain name needs to contain a minimum of 3 characters and up to
24 alpha-numeric characters per name within the sets (a…z),
(0…9), and the hyphen (-).
• Special characters such as a hyphen (-) are not allowed as
first or last character.
1.3 The first character should be a letter.
• There should be a relationship between the domain name and the
name of the applying institution.
• Domain names must not contain words, phrases or abbreviations
that are obscene, scandalous, indecent, or contrary to the
Tunisian Law.
•A
registered domain name does not confer any legal right or
ownership to that name. It simply represents a technical label to
be used on the Internet.
•
In order to transfer a domain name, the registrant needs to submit
a written request quoting the domain name to be transferred and
the party to whom it is to be transferred. The request must be
signed by the administrative contact.
• To delete a second level domain name, a written request should
be sent to our firm.
